What area do you work in?

I am often asked, " What area do you work in?" This would have been easy to answer when I first started out. There wasn't any internet, I started my career in Rochester Hills at that time, for Better Homes and Gardens.  If someone wanted a home to buy or sell their home in Rochester Hills, they had to go to a Real Estate office in Rochester Hills to have an agent help them. As an agent we had to go over data from listing books and go to the Rochester Hills city offices and do research pulling SEV ( state equalized value ) information, public record data, and write down the information!  How archaic in how Real Estate is done today.

It has taken a while, but Real Estate today is very technology driven.  I now have access to all the information I just spoke of and more.  Because of this I've been able to help people sell their properties in Brighton, Southfield, West Bloomfield, and even in the tip-of-thumb, to name a few.  The same with buyers purchasing homes in Milan, Royal Oak, Plymouth, and Canton, to name a few.  So you can see the power of technology. Plus we can also list or sell over the internet with an application called " Authentisign ".  Paperwork is sent to you by email and you click on your name or initials to authorize the purchase agreement or listing papers.

During the pandemic we have protocals in place to also safely help you purchase or sell your home.  All REALTORS have to abide by CDC guidelines.  I can have discussions with you via Zoom, Facetime, Web X, or at our office with social distancing and wearing a mask.
