WHAT I AM HEARING ABOUT THE CURRENT MARKET

I'm sure everyone has been hearing that this HOT Real Estate market is starting to shift and on the other hand it's here to stay through 2022.  I tend to believe that it's here to stay for a little while longer.  Why I say this is because an MLS ( Multiple Listing Service ) graph of the current market conditions show that we are at a peak of prices, which may go higher, an inventory that shows a slight uptick, and homes are selling under 10 days on the market, which has been this way all year.  New home sales are strong as well.  However, there are still listings out there that are not " highest and best offers " where you can still put in a full price conventional offer and get it accepted.  I just had one and an agent in our office just had two buyers get PA agreements accepted with terms of conventional ( cash with mortgage ).  So don't get to frustrated and stay away from the "highest and best" listings and you may walk away with a new home!
